These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of CMS Charts (the "App"), developed by McWIX ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App on a Wix site, you ("you", the "User") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. Questions: office@mcwix.com.
1. What the App does
The App adds a chart widget to your Wix site. You connect a chart to a collection in your site's CMS, choose what to group by and what to measure, and the App displays the result as a chart. The App also includes a demo collection so that you can try it before connecting your own data.
2. Your Wix account
The App runs on the Wix platform. Your use of Wix itself is governed by Wix's own terms and policies, which apply in addition to these Terms. We are an independent developer and are not part of Wix.
3. Plans, free trial and payment
• Charts based on the demo collection can be used without a paid plan.
• Charts based on your own CMS collections require a paid plan or an active free trial.
• A free trial, when offered, runs for the period shown on the App's pricing page. Unless you cancel before it ends, your paid subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.
• Prices, billing cycles and available plans are shown on the App's pricing page at the time of purchase.
• All payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Wix under Wix's billing terms. We never receive or store your payment card details.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time in your Wix account. After cancellation, the paid features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If your site has no paid plan and no active trial, charts based on your own collections are not displayed to your site visitors.
We may change prices or plans for future billing periods. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Your content and data
• The content in your CMS collections is yours. We claim no ownership of it.
• To draw a chart, the App reads your collection through Wix's official APIs, using the permissions you grant at installation, and calculates totals such as counts, sums and averages. Site visitors receive only those calculated values, not the items in your collections.
• You decide which collection and fields each chart displays. You are responsible for making sure that the figures you choose to show publicly may be shown, including under any privacy or confidentiality obligations that apply to you.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
• use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to display unlawful, misleading or infringing content;
• attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls or security measures of the App or of Wix;
• reverse engineer, copy, resell or redistribute the App, except where the law does not allow this restriction;
• interfere with the operation of the App or place an unreasonable load on it.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, design, chart styles and documentation, belongs to McWIX and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App on the Wix sites where it is installed, for as long as these Terms apply. The charts you create with the App are yours to display on your site.
7. Availability and changes to the App
We work to keep the App available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. The App depends on the Wix platform and its APIs, which are outside our control. We may update, change or remove features, and we will try to give reasonable notice of changes that significantly reduce what a paid plan includes.
8. Accuracy of charts
Charts are calculated automatically from the data in your collections and the settings you choose. Dates are grouped in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), so an item recorded close to midnight may be counted in the adjacent day, month or year. You are responsible for checking that a chart shows what you intend before relying on it or publishing it.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by removing it from your site. We may suspend or end your access to the App if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms. When the App is removed, charts stop being displayed. The chart settings stored on your site are removed together with the App's collections.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to let Users know. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms or the App, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

This Privacy Policy explains how CMS Charts (the "App"), developed by McWIX ("we", "us"), handles information when a Wix site owner installs the App and when visitors view a chart on that site. Questions: office@mcwix.com.
1. Who this applies to
• Users: the site owner and the collaborators they authorize, who add and configure charts in the Wix editor.
• Visitors: people who view a page of the User's site that contains a chart.
2. What the App accesses
To draw charts, the App reads the following through Wix's official APIs, and only with the permissions the User grants at installation:
• The structure of the site's CMS collections: collection names, field names and field types. This is shown to the User in the settings panel so that they can choose what to chart.
• Calculated values from the collection a chart is connected to: for example counts, sums, averages, minimums and maximums, grouped by the field the User chose. They are calculated each time a chart is loaded.
• The site's App plan, which determines whether charts based on the User's own collections are displayed.
The App does not copy, export or store the items in the User's CMS collections.
3. What the App stores
The App stores the following only on the User's own Wix site:
• Chart settings: for each chart, the collection and fields it uses, its filters and its sorting. They are kept in a collection created by the App on the User's site. No item data is stored.
• Design settings: chart type, colors, animation and number format. They are kept as properties of the chart widget on the User's site.
• A demo collection with fictional sample data, added on installation so that the App can be tried.
We do not operate a separate database. Calculated chart values may be kept in the App server's memory for up to five minutes to make pages load faster, and are then discarded.
4. Visitors
When a Visitor opens a page with a chart, their browser asks the App's server for that chart's values. The request contains the chart's identifier and the standard technical information Wix attaches to requests from a site page.
• The Visitor's browser receives only the calculated values shown on the chart. It never receives the items in the User's collections, even when the chart is based on a collection that is not public.
• The App sets no cookies and does not use local storage.
• The App does not track Visitors, build profiles or collect analytics about them.
• The App does not ask Visitors for any personal information.
5. What Users choose to show
The User decides which collection and fields a chart displays. If a collection contains personal information, the totals shown on a chart are still derived from it. The User is responsible for making sure that the figures they choose to publish may be published.
6. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share User or Visitor data with third parties. Data is processed only by Wix, as the platform that hosts both the User's site and the App.
7. Payments
Subscriptions and free trials are purchased and billed through Wix. We never receive or store payment card details.
8. Retention and deletion
Chart settings remain on the User's site until the User removes the chart or the App. They are deleted when the App's collections or the site are deleted. Uninstalling the App stops all access to the site's data.
9. Security
The App runs on Wix's infrastructure and communicates only over HTTPS. Changing a chart's settings requires the Wix login of the site owner or an authorized collaborator. Calculations run on the server, so collection items do not reach the browser.
10. Your rights
Users can view, change and delete their chart settings at any time in the Wix editor. For any privacy request or question, from a User or a Visitor, contact office@mcwix.com.
